Caring for your UNGLAZED Touch Therapy Stones

ADDING ESSENTIAL OILS

Gently add 2 -3 drops of high-quality essential oil to your Touch Therapy Stone. Allow it to absorb into the clay.  Start experiencing the amazing calming effects of your new stone. To change scents, place the stone in a 250 degree oven for 15 min. Your stone is now ready for a new scented oil.

WHITE HAZE

Salt is a natural by-product of clay.  If you see a white chalky haze appear on the surface, wipe it gently with a dry cloth. Never run water over the stone. It will cause the clay to dissolve. If the stone is exposed to a high humidity situation, place it in a 250-degree oven for 15 minutes to dry out any moisture.

Storage and Display

I recommend keeping your stone on a small dish to keep the stone safe from falling and breaking.  The clay stone is fragile and should not be packed in a tight place like a backpack or pocket without first placing it in a container of some kind. I sell several of my stones in small metal tins for safe traveling.
